A Letter From Diversatek's President & CEO, Meg Vierling

March 24, 2020

Dear Valued Customer:

On March 24, 2020, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued “Emergency Order #12, Safer At Home Order”. All Diversatek subsidiaries qualify as Essential Businesses and Operations as defined in Section 13(v) of the Order. As such, Sunlite Plastics, Diversatek Healthcare, and Adaptive Engineering Lab are exempt from this Order and will continue normal business operations during the Safer At Home Order.

Diversatek takes its responsibilities to its employees and customers seriously. We are taking swift actions to mitigate risks for essential employees reporting to work using the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and state health authorities.

COVID-19 has not impacted Diversatek’s ability to produce and deliver products at this time. To ensure this continues we have activated several measures to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 including a corporate-wide travel ban, social distancing, and remote work where practical. In addition, we have increased our efforts to cross-train members of our manufacturing teams to ensure backup support for quarantined operators if they occur.

We remain in continuous communication with our supply chain, recognizing an interruption could be harmful to your business. We monitor our supply chain and manage our safety stock arrangements daily. If any logistical challenges arise, we will communicate throughout the manufacturing and customer chain to promote coordination.

We are dedicated to providing the products you have come to expect from Diversatek in spite of the difficulties in the economy and our country.  You can count on hearing from us promptly if unanticipated circumstances arise.

We wish your teams and families the best during these unsure times.
